  • Own and execute the recruiting process:From active sourcing to onboarding, ensure we hire the best talent for our team, in line with our agency standards.
  • Drive strategic HR projects:Develop frameworks e.g. for development talks, salary budgeting, and recruiting standards.
  • Lead employee feedback initiatives:Analyze results from our anonymous satisfaction surveys and guide team leaders to actionable insights.
  • Handle HR administration:Draft contracts, ensure compliance with policies, and take an active role in planning and hosting internal events.
